We can ship to virtually any address in the world (Except where prohibited by U.S. Government). Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
International Customers: (outside the United States), Please make sure that the product you are ordering can be shipped from the United States of America to your country. DermaPoise cannot and will not be responsible for loss of products (shipment) once shipped or products (shipments) that are held by the customs. Please note that First Class International does not come with a tracking number and packages sent using this method could take up to 30 days to be delivered. If you would like a tracking number please choose Priority or Express Mail International at the checkout. Lastly, All international orders totaling $500 US dollars or more will require a one week hold on our end to ensure the validity of the order.
All Customers: When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
For domestic orders (within the United States) any order above $49 (USD) will have an option for free shipping alongside faster shipping options. DermaPoise.com does not make any profit off of the shipping portion of the order. We will present you with the same shipping cost (for both US and international orders) that we will have to pay for the shipment. Please note that this charge will be presented to you before any payment is processed so rest assured that you can find this value at the checkout based on the weight of the order and the destination.

If for whatever reason you are not completely pleased with any of your purchased products from DermaPoise.com, you may return the item in its original packaging within 60 days of the day you ordered the product with us. - Customers must obtain an RMA Number and return their item(s) within 60 days of the placement of the order from DermaPoise.com
- Customers must contact us throught the returns section of their account (login and click on My Account on the top right hand corner of the page).
- To do this simple login to your account, click on "Completed Orders" on the right column of the page. look for the order you'd like to return and click on "RETURN ITEM(S)" Button on the right hand side of the order row. Lastly, Please fill out the form and click on "Submit Return Request"
- All returned products are subject to a full inspection by DermaPoise.com for completeness and integrity. All Parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items (gift with purchase) and any original packaging must be returned. All returned products must be at least 50% full and may not be altered or damaged.
- Any beauty tool returned to DermaPoise.com must contain all parts sold with the original purchase, including but not limited to: cords, chargers, adapters, carry case, original packaging, user manuals etc.
- We reserve the right to deny credit to any return that does not meet the above criteria. In such event, the item will be returned at customer’s expense. We also reserve the right to refuse a refund on any return shipment.
- DermaPoise.com cannot and will not be responsible for lost or damaged return shipments while in transit. Every package is inspected immediately upon receipt. We recommend that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.

- Customers pay for all return shipment charges (Except if the return is a result of our error e.g. you received an incorrect or damaged item).
- Please note that we will be deducting the Shipping Cost(very small amount depending on how the package was shipped) that was incurred by us from the total refunded. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause but this is simply because of many abuse of our free shipping and best in class money back guarantee.
- You should expect to receive your refund within five weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (1 to 10 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
- If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
